I do like a good infographic but there are so many poor ones out there. This isn’t one of them.

It reveals the results of a recent-ish survey by insurer Hiscox (sample of 350 decision makers from SMEs).

What the results of the survey (and the infographic below) illustrates is that there is a greater awareness amongst small businesses of the power of social media as a business development tool; allowing them to reach new and existing customers in a more dynamic & engaging way.
